is it possible to add feature to hide sms content inside or outside the program instead of blocking or rejecting it ?

This feature is in our plan list. We will implement it in v3.0.
It isn't hide the SMS. We just move those messages to our encrypted file (password protected) which can be read with our SMS Viewer.

what for?

setup a rule to delete an incoming SMS and also to log that event.
so, after sms has come you may see the text on MagiCall log page.
