Block all late night callers except white list???

Hello,
Sorry for a newbie Q  ??? but...
I only want people on a white list to be able to call me late at night so I started off by assigning certain contacts a specific category (my white list).  I'm not sure how, if I can, set up a rule so that only those callers ring on my cellphone while everyone else is ignored and goes to voicemail.  There is no "except" condition that I can see.  Or, is this done by creating another rule that excludes everyone and then having that rule below/after the rule containing the white list rule?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Paul,

MagiCall filters calls and SMS from top to bottom of the rule list. That means higher position gives a rule higher priority than the others of the same rule type. Here are two examples, first one makes the numbers of some categories pass through, the other blocks all others.

Rule name: white list
Rule type: Phone-Inbound
Filter type: Category
Categories: Friend, Personal
Action1: Normal
Action2: Do nothing


Rule name: Black list
Rule type: Phone-Inbound
Filter type: All
Action1: Hang up
Between 20:00 and 7:00


You need to put the whitelist rule above the blacklist rule in the list.
