How do I setup a rule to allow calls to be answered that don't fall into either the Unknown or Anonymous rule settings. Those two rules work perfect, but all other incoming calls are blocked with the exception for the ones I have in my phone list.
Maybe a simply answer but I haven't been able to get anything to work for me.

You must avoid using Unknown filter. Instead, use Specific Number filter and add unwanted numbers to its list.
