forward undesirable callers with tmobile usa HD2 to dial a prayer (local#)

this is what i would like to do, in some circumstances i have read it can be done

this is what i have to work with

i do have conference calling available

i have call forwarding      with these options

always forward call
forward call when unanswered set to voice mail #,, same way for next 2 options
forward call when unavailable  ""                                                             ""
forward call when busy           ""                                                             ""

i must be able to get business calls during the day and evening, and want to forward undesirables to "dial a prayer" or something
i may be missing something but, i don't think the option presented on the forum will work for me , i could be wrong, i am not very good at this stuff, as i am still learning

Since you have used "No Answer" for voicemail, you have only one option "Busy" to use.

Make a rule to filter undesirable numbers, move it to the 1st position, set its Action1 to Hang up, add undesirable numbers to [Phone #].

Other numbers will not be affected by it, so they go through and ring your phone, if no answer, they go to your voicemail.
