Any expert can help me setting a prefix filter?

Basically I'd like to let ring incoming calls from a prefix +xxyyyy

Suppose your prefix is +112233 which you want to ring as normal, add the following rule to your rule list and move it to the top position.

Rule type: Incoming Call
Filter type: Specific Number
Phone #: +112233*
Action1: System Default
