Filter problems in new version

Use Google voice for most outgoing calls, works fine except for annoying snippets of GV dialog and long wait before connecting, but I can live with that. However, my simple rule for dialing toll-free numbers direct no longer works. Preceded GV filter, and had calls to (800)* (for example) do nothing. Now they go through GV. Tried changing to {phone}, same thing. Tried a couple other things I forget, no luck. Tried adding exceptions to GV rule, ie. ~(800)*, but that turned off GV rule for ALL numbers. Why did my old rule stop working and how can I fix it?

Did you move the (800)* exception rule to an upper position of the GV rule?
