Launch a Picture?

First off love the program but I do have one question. Is it possible to use the launch an application feature to instead launch a picture or wallpaper every time that action is triggered? When I enter the app path for an image or wallpaper im directed to the pictures or wallpaper application on my phone, not the specific picture or wallpaper that I would like to actually be displayed. I’m sure this is possible and im not going about it the right way so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
