You need to enclose the line in [SMS filter] with quotes, in which way the whole line will be treated as a keyword. Secondly, you may use filter type "Sender Name" to filter delivery reports. In English, the sender name of deliver reports is System Administrator.

At first, we need to confirm if the [SMS filter] works properly. You may just change the first SMS rule's filter type to "All" and see if any SMS is captured.

Try to filter just by word "delivered" instead of the whole "The message you sent to +888 111 111 has been delivered."

Dear nijoo,
I don't think it's a bug. We need to confirm if your device is not compatible with Mute function. As what we have known, 3rd party SMS application, such as HTC Messaging, isn't compatible with SMS filtering.
If you changed to use action "System Default", would it be captured?

Yes, you may add numbers to the [SMS filter] text box. For example
Rule type: SMS Filter type: Contact's Name Name lists: System Administrator Sms filter: 1234567890 8886667777 9876543210
You need to use correct format for numbers set in [SMS filter] as what a number shows in delivery reports. For exmaple if it is (123)456-7890 in delivery reports, modify Sms filter to:
Sms filter: (123)456-7890 (888)666-7777 (987)654-3210
If a number has spaces in the middle in delivery reports, like 123 456 7890, use "" to enclose every number in Sms filter: "123 456 7890" "888 666 7777" "987 654 3210"

Action1: Delate Action2: do nothing And is works, I wondering why mute dosen't??

You must be using a 3rd-party messaging software, such as HTC Messaging, which is not compatible with SMS processing. These 3rd-party messaging software do not use the system message store, so they are not aware MagiCall has moved received SMS to another folder or made a copy. They only know if the incoming SMS is deleted or not.

It can only delete messages, other actions do not work well.
