SMS forward to multiple numbers (in one rule)

How do I forward SMS to muptiple numbers? I tried to add two numbers  in TO field (OPERATION tab) and separating them with ", " but it did not work.

I have tried to send SMS to multiple numbers before but I couldn't remember exactly. As far as I know, you can make use the option that you can send the SMS in multiple numbers (send to many option) or having the TO field plus using two hyphens inserted by a semicolon. You could try that again.
