Change in Ringer Volume

Hi Admin! I'm facing a strange problem with the latest version on my Touch Pro 2 (WM6.5). Actually the software does its main job however it changes the ringer volume all the time after receiving a call. Is there anything I should do to prevent it from happening?

EDIT: OK, this is specifically happening when the program is supposed to IGNORE phone calls. When the other party hangs up, the Ringer Volume raises 20% automatically. Why is this happening?!

We have received similar reports before. Unfortunately we could not reproduce the problem on our phones. I am afraid it is a software conflict problem. We have no good solution for this. Sorry.
