Profile manager and MagiCall

I'd like to know if it's possible to launch MagiCall with certain existing rules Enabled/Disabled.

My idea was:
- use a Profile manager application which, on certain conditions, will launch MagiCall
- based on the above conditions, MagiCall will be launched with X rule enabled or Y rule enabled, etc

So basically, is there a command line to launch MagiCall with existing rules enabled/disabled?
