Two questions

First of all, how do i delete a rule?

Second, how can I change the TO field to whomever placed the call/message? So that it SMS's or Emails whomever called/messaged/etc

On Pocket PC, you may use the stylus to tap and hold on one rule, and then select [Delete] from the poping up context menu.
On Smartphone, use direction keys to select one rule, and then select [Menu]>[Context Menu]>[Delete].
