Magic Call and Ringcentral

Hello Ringcentral can "ringout" to numbers you specify when using windows smartphones. Its very good because its like a callingcard in a way. I use it for LD calls and when I want my number to "ring" with my office number instead of my cell since its calling from ringcentral. My question is how to rute all outgoing calls to ringcentral? I assume I would need to know if the software could accept a command line

RingCentral uses VoIP to make calls. And their software looks no command line. I don't think MagiCall can route calls to it.
