Filter for ignoring multiple numbers does not work

Hi,
I have set up Magicall to dial via my google voice number except when I am calling my google voice number itself, all my registered forward to numbers in google voice and all 406 area code numbers.
I have set up the following filters
~1111111111
~(406*)
~2222222222
~3333333333
~(1406*)
This does not work. When I dial 406 numbers and 111111111, it still dialling via my google number. What am I doing wrong. Please help.
Thanks

I figured out a solution after posting this. I set up a filter first to allow the numbers to go through the system default functionality
like this:
1111111111
(406*)
2222222222
3333333333
(1406*)
then i set a filter for all numbers to dial my google number.
