Put your magicall feature request for the new version here.

1. Ability to log the sms that has been sent from the device
2. Better log viewer especially for the smartphones version (eg. go to x date, go to x month)
3. Ability to Export the Log so it can be read on PC. or PCMagic Log Viewer Smiley
4. When moving sms to a Folder, add the ability to Hide the folder when using the default Inbox (need to be read from the magicall, or can be unhidden from the magicall)
5. More Information on the feature (Update the userguide)
6. Add a Stealth Feature, (Hide Magicall Folder, Remove Uninstall Information, Remove Icon) so it can be used to keep track my son or my wives phone Wink

hope you can include the feature on your next version, thanks

ps: i think its better if you have a thread dedicated for feature request so it can be read and archive easier Smiley

I agree mostly with your 4. and 6. requests:)
Also I add:

- disable bluetooth when a call ends (meaning, make it possible to launch any application when a call ends)

Important Suggestions: (after using Magicall for a looong time)

1. Option to automatically hide our own replies and call logs to a contact that is blacklisted. There should be no trace that you are communicating with that person.  Something like best "Private Conversation" for Symbian.

2. Option to hide not just to incoming messages but to messages that are already in the inbox. It should apply to call logs as well. For example in one command it will hide all the spam messages that are already present in the inbox. Something like "Magic Message Manager" for Symbian.

3. Ability to filter both text and calls of a contact instead of creating separate rules. Something like "Mcleaner" for Symbian

4. Option to retrieve a message in the LOG-viewer back to the inbox.

I would like to thank Mobiion for the great software Smiley

boybawang:

1. i think the best way for that is to include an ability to call or sms through magicall so its not using the default program

3. +1 on this

I just made the purchase of MagiCall.  Let me say that the main reason for the purchase is to use Google Voice (dial out using a "calling card" rule).  While there are other cheaper (and even free) Google Voice dialing apps, MagiCall works the best.  The other apps offer choices of always use Google Voice, never use Google Voice, or ask me every time.  With MagiCall, I set it up to always use Google Voice unless I'm calling my voicemail, 911, or my Google Voice number (to check messages, use Goog-411, etc).  As a side note, I've set my Google Voice # as my "home" number with my carrier (Sprint), so none of my outgoing calls placed through Google Voice count against my minutes.  With that there are a few features I'd love to see in MagiCall 3.

1.  Google Voice SMS integration--This may be possible now using more complex rules, I'll have to play around with it more.  Basically what I'd like to happen is when I type and send an SMS message, for the message to be captured (and not sent), then automatically log into my Google Voice account, then send the message text to the message recepient so the message is received on the other end as having come from my Google Voice account.  An exception to this could be made when sending messages to 406 area code numbers (the numbers that Google Voice assigns your contacts to go through their system.

2.  Location awareness via GPS--I'd like to be able to itentify GPS possitions as "home," or "work," or whatever else within MagiCall and then have rules that run (or don't run), based on where the phone is.  Also, I'd like to make a rule that says if I'm going over 25 mph and I don't answer in 5 seconds, then ignore the call and reply with the SMS "I'm on my motorcycle and will call you back when I can."  I can think of a lot of cool things you could do with GPS support enabled.

I'll post more with I think of more ideas as I use the program more.  Overall, very good program though.

I just spent some time looking at the filter possibilities and it doesn't look like you can filter outgoing SMS messages, only incoming SMS messages.  So something that would allow that and integration with the Google Voice SMS messaging system would be great (and I think add a lot of interest in your product).  Especially if it could be done so all the messages would show up in the SMS history thread.

Also, another request is to have a today screen plugin that allows one to enable and disable a rule at the touch of a button (or icon on the screen).  That way I could simply turn on my rule that responded to all calls with "I'm on my motorcycle, I'll call you later" when I get on my bike and turn it off when I get off more easily without opening the program and doing the touch and hold on the rule until the context menu comes up and selecting the enable or disable option.

Thanks.

That very useful! To track my sons. DRUGS and FRATERNITIES with hazing are common here.

You may remove a key named "Mobiion MagiCall" under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Apps]

1. Play custom sounds when sms / call rules are executed
2. The option to do the default action and then the magicall action
3. Rules based sms rules (Like in outlook)
4. Re-send parts of a qualifying sms out to a different number

5. Change the notification that comes up... maybe have it that when you get a delivery report from "system administrator" you can have a notification come up and say that sms to "contact name" delivered and then save the delivery report sms to a folder.
