I know you have waited for a long time. However I have to say we can't publish v2.3.0 right now.
We have finished the coding work and some testing work. We need one more week to fully test this version before releasing it to the public. I am sorry for the delay.

v2.3.0 already published. But we have not updated our website yet. You may go to the downloads page for downloading. Note: This version requires a new activation key. Customers who bought MagiCall on or after 01/01/2009, use the Resend Key service to get your new key. Thanks. |

Great, great software! Probably, THE best and most useful WINMO app. Support is also OUTSTANDING.
BUT, upgrade and development is terribly, and unforgivably slow. If it takes almost a year or more from one version to another, the one-year free upgrade clause is pretty much useless since one will not be able to use it anyway.
It leaves a customer like me feeling shortchanged. I can understand a half purchase price upgrade, if the changes are revolutionary but if its mere evolutionary, say, 2.x to 2.x, I feel that it should be given free to loyal customers who keep visiting this site looking for an upgrade, regardless of the one year clause.
I hope that this will be reconsidered.
