Filter to NOT send SMS to landlines?

I've done a forum search, but couldn't find an answer to this. Maybe it's all in the manual, but I'm kinda noobish on these things (  )

Is it possible to add a filter like, let's say; don't send SMS if 8 digit number starts with 5 (OR 2 OR 6).

Any pointers appreciated!

Yes, it is. You need two rules, please read the following examples, pay attention to their orders.

Rule Name: No SMS
Rule type: Incoming Call
Filter type: Specific Number
Phone #: 5???-????; 2???-????; 6???-????
Action1: Hang up
Action2: Do nothing

Rule Name: Send SMS
Rule type: Incoming Call
Filter type: All
Action1: Hang up
Action2: Send SMS
To: {phone}
Message: Test text
