prefix only for 7 digit dial

Hi everyone!
I´m having trouble making my Palm Treo Pro with Magicall to dial
a three digit prefix only when i dial out seven digits numbers.
Is it posible?
Any help is apreciated.

Use this rule, suppose your prefix is 1234

Rule type: Outgoing Call
Filter type: Specific Number
Phone #: ???-????
Action1: Change dialed number
Call to: 1234{phone}
