The Samsung Saga layout file posted in the layout forum has a couple of mistakes and omissions. Specifically, the plus sign was represented twice (incorrectly so over w, which should be a tilde) and the maps for the question mark and period keys were incorrect and absent, respectively. I'm attaching my revisions here.

--EDIT
Actually I can't get the question mark key to work properly. When I create a keymap for the '?' as a character, MagiKB doesn't seem to intercept pressing this key for either double clicking or holding down. Interestingly though, if I switch the type to VKEY, the ? becomes 0xBF, whereas if I do Get Key Code and press the question mark button, it inserts 0x3F. If I use 0x3F, then double clicks and holds are correctly intercepted...but for some reason then I can no longer type the alternate key (exclamation point) unless I hold down the Fn key while pressing question mark. Normally, I need only push the Fn key once and then I can release it before pressing the key I want to get the alternate character for. MagiKB didn't affect any other keys this way, only the question mark/exclamation point. I played with many combinations of chars, VKEYS, and fake keys, without fixing this minor problem.

Thank you. I will update it with your lay file, after reviewing it.
