Excellent Software! Small Feature Request Please...

I am still in trial mode but wow, this thing works great. It's very stable, doesn't slow down my phone and everything I have set up works perfect. I will def be registering. One feature I would like to request and I don't think it would be that hard. On the rule pick up and hold or even pick up and drop it would be nice if when the phone picked it up it will "mute" itself. Or at least have that as an option. I would like my phone to pick up and hold but mute itself by default would be very handy. So far so good though - my friend has a blackberry and we tried installing software on there and it was absolute garbage compare to this program. Excellent work! Hopefully they develop something for the palm pre as I would like to switch to that phone but am sticking with my touch pro for now. Please let me know what you guys think of the mute idea.

But I am a little confused about your "mute" idea, because this is already by design. When we hold a call, the phone line is suspended, we and the remote party should not hear any sound. This is working well on my devices. If it does not work on your device, there might be an error for holding a call.

To address what the problem is, we need to produce a debug version and collect some information from your device. Would you like to help?

PS, we don't have plan to have a Palm Pre version for now. The initial version of SDK for Pre is very weak, doesn't have any low-level APIs for us.

I would love to help.  I just tested it again here at work and I can confirm when it picks up a call that it does not mute my phone. The notification comes up fine and says Incoming call from ### has been picked up and held.  (I actually keep notifications shut off since I don't care when I miss annoying calls but for test I kept it on)

Anyways I am running cdma sprint touch pro with Windows Mobile 6.1 CE OS 21051 Build 21051.1.6.4 running mighty rom 4 final edition (latest one posted) http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=67139

Everything else seems to run good.  Rom is very stable and runs much better than the stock rom and everything else seems to work good. Let me know what you need from me

thanks for the quick reply, hopefully we can get this fixed!  Also I just tested pick up and drop which works fine except you can also hear what's going on for a second or 2 while the phone picks up it's not muted.

Should I just keep running the debug version or should I uninstall it and put the normal one back on or shouldn't it matter? If it doesn't affect anything I prefer just to leave it.
