bad/wrong handling of international phone numbers

Folks,
since YEARS phone#s are used to be notated in +xx (yyy) zzzzzzzz format.
Every mobile phone (I ever had) handles these, almost every CTI app does.
Why does MagiCall not know how to handle those numbers? The 'change dialled number' feature is almost useless w/o correct handling of international phone numbers.
I am not willing to seach the forums for hours (because there is no conprehensive but only a rudimentary manual) and write 5 rules with cryptic signs (agin, not documented) just to be able to use your product.
25$ is too much for a badly maintained (help/manual) and not standrads compliant products. Plesae improve it so that a normal user can use it w/o investing hours of time.

P.S. It also sucks, your software uses the WinMo 'system notification' feature to tell me it did it's job. Switch that off or let me choose. I do not need a notification each time a software does what I told it to do! Bleeding hell!

MagiCall is not a specific program for filtering only international phone numbers. It is a generic tool so users must make some effort to use it properly.
I know the manual is not so helpful for basic users. I would like to help if you can tell me what you want MagiCall to do.
I understand that, nobody wants to waste time. You may ask your question here, I will reply as soon as I am online. But I think searching forum can save your time because I am not always online.
You can turn off notifications already, just open Rule Configuration Dialog, go to [Others] tab, and tick out [Show notifications].
Thank you. I will develop an Easy Version of MagiCall, with less features, not so powerful as the standard version, priced lower, for basic customers.
PS: I think most things are documented in the manual.
