Installation Problem

Hi There,

After the installation i managed to run the program once and like the feature on the outgoing call. But the "reboot the unit now" is alway here even after i follow the instruction and reboot the unit.
I re-install the application, but each time i run it, popup said Magicall ERROR, The service did not start. Contact support.

Appreciate your assistance. I am running WM5 on Dopod 810.

Hi Ken,

This is a known problem. The next version will fix this issue.
You can disable some today plug-ins or startup items to try to workaround it.

Thanks. This program is great. Think you can advice me which are the likely plugin and i can try removing them?

And any estimated date that the next release will be coming?

I'm sorry that I cannot give you an advice because they do not always affect in all circumstances.

The next release is intended to support Smartphone. So it needs a privileged certificate which is still under reviewing by Microsoft. Microsoft only told us they would expedite our request but not gave us a time line. We are going to release the new version in April if we get the certificate in time.
