New feature: "Pick up and Hold -> Send DTMF" as Callback replacement

Would be wonderful to see Callback integration into MagiCall.

MagiCall already has "Pick up and Hold" functionality for incoming calls.
However, "Action 2" doesn't allow to send any digits to the call on hold.

Marketing-wise it would also be great for MagiCall.
People who only want CallBack functionality could still buy crippled Callback.

Is this something we could expect to get anytime soon?
