I installed Magic Call and created rules..   It appears to work, for example I have a rule set up to hang up a call from a particular number.
When that number calls, I get a message popup that "call from xxx-xxxx was hung up" but then I get a voicemail from that number. I have also tried it with the drop rule and the same result.

I am running this on a Sprint HTC Touch Pro.

Please try Action1 - "Pick up and drop"
