Xperia & Spb Mobile Shell bugs Magicall :((

I have Xperia and i just installed the spb mobile shell ( http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/mobileshell/ )
Well the problem is that the rules i have (Anonymous and Unknown callers)  in magicall works even if i have them disabled
If i uninstall spb mobile shell and i use the Today Screen worsk fine .Why this happens i dont use the option : Use today plugin.
It should be working even if i dont use the Today Screen right?

Any help please?

MagiCall's today plug-in does not affect MagiCall's behaviors.
I don't know if it is a conflict between Spb mobile shell and MagiCall.
How many rules do you have? how do you set them?
If you quit MagiCall, does the problem happen again?
