How to add Special Phone Numbers

I have a rule that redirects ALL my outgoing calls through a calling-card type of gateway. I then make a rule above it to just dial certain numbers directly. This works great for my situation, except that there are a few numbers I can't seem to add properly.
I'd like to add a rule for my phone to dial all "star" numbers directly. For example, *611 or *411. Unfortunately, the '*' seems to be a wildcard in magicall.
I'd like to also add a rule for my voicemail to dial directly, instead of the calling card. This seems easy at first, except that Rogers changes the voicemail access number somewhat regularly. The phone always recognizes it as "Voicemail" so I'm wondering if there's a parameter for MagiCall to also recognize the number as a voicemail access number.

You may add an escape char before the star mark, like this: \*611 or \*411
That's interesting your voicemail access number is not fixed. Is it assigned by your mobile operator every time your phone register to the network?
