the service is "running" but nothing happen if somebody call me , or SMS, or outgoing call.
(loging is switched on, also tried debug version - nothing ...)
i removed the most other services and programs so, that no other programs are should nadle this events.

some ideas ?

Is this an official ROM, test ROM, or cooked ROM?
We don't find problems for cooked ROM or test ROM because there might be something missing in them which would be in the final official ROM.

it's a cooked ROM, which is based on an official version of wm6.1
but - i know about ~250 apps which are also running on wm6.1

some ideas ?
for information:
MGC.exe is loaded
should in the log files something wrote to log if MGC.exe is started ?
is there a debug log option on start, where i can check it more in detail ?

I have a Touch Pro with WM6.1 Professional, working with MagiCall without problems.

You may try this debug version and send me log for analysis: http://www.mobiion.com/MagiCall_Debug.CAB
There will be two files named MagiCall_Debug.log and Mgc_Debug.log.

Thanks.

well i test it now in detail:

Minute 1 and 2 - i made with debug version, so it can be, that the debug version is so slow to handle ...
(If i find a way that mobicall is working normal, then i can tryx this tests again with the normal version)

my tests:
=======
1) duration to dial/connect my partners
i found out, that if mobicall is running - i see, that it needs a lot of more time to make the connection:
(from pressing the dialer button to connection of my mobilbox)
without Mobicall -> connection is in 9sec.
with Mobicall -> connection is in 38sec !!!!!!
is this normal ?

2) duration until my phone is ringing
i found out, that if mobicall is running - i see, that it needs a lot of more time to see, that my phone handle the call.
(duration until ringing)
(i made test and call my phone with another phone and look how often it rings on my other phone - til i hear the ring tone in my handy)
the from pressing the dialer button to connection of my mobilbox)
without Mobicall -> time until my phone rings after hearing the dialtone on other phone side: 1sec.
with Mobicall -> time until my phone rings after hearing the dialtone on other phone side: 25sec !!!!!!!!

----------------

good - here are the log parts ... (made with you debug version)
well - i tried it again with your debug version:

i have rules for all events (incoming call, outgoing call, SMS) . on all events i start "\Program Files\calculator.exe" and test this events with the internal "test" button and it works there.

then:
i made:
.) 11:19 Got a new SMS -> nothing happen ...
.) 11:26 outgoing call -> nothing happen ...
.) 11:33 incoming call from: +43262XXXXXX -> nothing happen ...
.) 11:35 incoming call from: +43262XXXXXX -> nothing happen ...

hope this helps you:

more infos: (i had deactivated all services, programms in autostart - so here are only which are started after reset, where i did my tests)
ok, well which services are running on my system:(HTC HD 6.1)
.) Autostart: (with memmaid you can see this easily)
poutlook.exe
MGC -h
.) Autostart Services:
USSD_Service.dll
Power_Service.dll
STK_Service.dll
htcDevService.dll
PushInternetEngine.dll
OutlookEnhancement.dll
NotificationManager.dll
HTCSIPSrvc.dll
HTCApplication.dll
htcStartMenuService.dll
App_Service.dll
HtcServices.dll
keypad.dll
BthASPlugIn.dll
BTAGSVC.Dll
softwaredisabble.dll
swmgmtservice.dll
enrollsvc.dll
regextdev.dll
dtpt_srv.dll
OBEXrVr.dll
lassd.dll
credsvc.dll
NOTIFY.Dll
bthidsvc.dll

if you are interessed i can play, to disable as much services as possible and can go on with tests... but before maybe you can compare the log or maybe your pda and which services you also have running - maybe then i can find the bad service or whatever ...
thanks for support - i hope you get it also running Smiley the programm idea itself - is REALLY PERFECT !

one test more:
i disable whatever i can in autostart-services and once again - duration til it rings on phone was shartly before swtiching to mibilbox:
it needs: 30secs Sad

here the log once again:
[ 12:09:55] Info_1 Handle=8CDB30, ErrID=0, Err2=0, Time=800, State=0, Next=1
[ 12:09:55] Info_2 Handle=8CDB30, Off=356, Size=26, No="+4326xxxxxxx"
[ 12:09:55] Info_1 Handle=8CD9A0, ErrID=0, Err2=0, Time=800, State=0, Next=1
[ 12:09:55] Info_2 Handle=8CD9A0, Off=356, Size=26, No="+4326xxxxxxx"
[ 12:10:19] Info_3 Handle=8CDB30, ErrID=0, LR=1
[ 12:10:53] Info_3 Handle=8CD9A0, ErrID=0, LR=1

what i can see that between the handling [ 12:09:55] and  [ 12:10:19] is a duration of: 24sec - maybe this is also serious, or ?
maybe you can see something ....

Thank you for the log.
There is no problem in the log. Your problem should be rule configurations related.
Can you send your rules and logs for us to review. We may give you some advice.
Just send us all files under the folder which is set in MagiCall's option [Data file location].

Thanks.

Maybe, that depends on how your rules are set up.

For example, if there are many rules that filter Contacts and/or filter Appointments, the duration may be long. Especially when there are a large quantity of contacts and appointments in your device.

contacts are ~700
rules created with the magicall 2.2 normal.
i created a rule for incoming / outgoing / get sms.
all of the rules should start a simple exe (ex: \windows\calc.exe)

maybe you can send me rules which are working and i implement this and will try your tool once again with this rules.

fact is: if the tool need ~ 20sec to handle in incoming call, then it is not useful for me. This is very important for me.
Because i won't miss calls.
how long is the duration on our phone, if you make a rule for incoming call ?
duration til the call rings on your phone ? (for measuring you should mess the duration on the dialer side - how often if rings on the partner side before it rings on your phone).

I need to collect more information about this problem, to determine what causes the long duration.
I just made an updated debug version, please download the install it: http://www.mobiion.com/MagiCall_Debug.CAB

After repeating the problem, please send me two files under your device's root folder "MGC_Debug.txt" and "MagiCall_Debug.txt" at support(at)mobiion.com.

Please send me your rules and logs as well, they are located in the folder which is set in MagiCall option "Data file location".

Thanks.
