After a bit of tweaking with several commas (10!!), I was able to get the Change dialed number (CDN) to work.  So my "Call To" looked like:

AccessNumber,,,,,,,,,,AccountNumber,,,,,,,,,, PIN,,,,,,,,,,{phone}

This works but takes about some time to dail.

I then tried the CDNv2 and found I could shorten the pauses to 2 commas

AccessNumber,,AccountNumber,, PIN,,{phone}.

Problem: The {phone} is not being recognized in CDNv2.  I tried 2 commas, 5 commas, and even 10 commas between PIN and {phone}, but I still get "Please enter the number you are calling" and then nothing happens.

Any suggestions as to why {phone} command is not working in CDNv2?  [BTW, I am using a call card from a VOIP service (Call Centric)].

Of course, I would prefer to use CDNv2 because it is much shorter.

Thanks! I'm loving this software!!!

Okay. I finally got CDNv2 to work with:

AccessNumber,,AccountNumber,, PIN,,011{phone}[-1,0]

Essentially, I had to remove the + and replaced it with 011.  That is I replaced {phone} with 011{phone}[-1,0].
