Unfortunately I did not find any useful parameter related to this problem.

Can you help me run the debug version on your device? See the attachments.
Download MGC_PPC_debug.exe if you have a Pocket PC device, or download the other file if not so.

Exit MagiCall first if it is running. And then download the debug exe file to any folder on your device and run it. Repeat the problem. And then send me the file named "MGC_Debug.log" under the root folder on your device.

Attached the log, interestingly enough, when I run the rule after I run the debug.exe, it works???

I did stop all other rules I had, dont know if that is useful to know..

Let me know pls, I am travelling overseas tonight, so having this rule working would be extra nice

right, well, I should have known I guess, it still being a windows phone and all...it seems that when I restarted Magicall, it started working.

Lesson 1: if something is not working: restart..

Thank you for your help. Can you keep using the debug version? I want to know what happen if the problem come again.
There is no difference between this debug version and the release version except the additional logging.
