Hi, I am using version 2.2 of Magicall and my phone crashed so had to reinstall the program, however when i click the Icon to run the program, nothing happens then after about 10 seconds i get an error message saying 'Cannot load files'. I had the location of my rules on the internal storage and the program loaded in main memory, all the rules have now dissappered. I have tried doing an uninstall and reinstall both keeping the settings in the registry and removing them with the same error occuring, can you help please? Thanks in advance Paul

That means when MagiCall was loading the rules file, the storage was not ready. That delay is by design to wait for a storage card to be ready. If the storage is still not ready after a period of time, MagiCall will show a empty rule list. You may exit and then run MagiCall manually to see if there is any improvements.

Thanks for the prompt reply, however i have tried installing Magicall again and the problem is still there. I have installed Magicall to the device but i am not using my storage card for the rules i am using the internal storage of the phone, and i am getting this problem when i try to open up magicall manually, i cannot access the options of the program to set the location of the rules files (even thought current;y there are none). I have gone into the mydocuments\magicall folder and there is only one flle in there which is MG2Rule.dat which is 20bytes in size.

You cannot open MagiCall Options? What error message do you get?

I have now sorted out the problem, even though i set the install program to remove the registry settings it would seem it didnt as my old setting stored the rules on internal storage, it would seem the programn was looking for the rules at that location but there was nothing so copying the mgr2 ruls file to internal storage/my documents/magicall allowed me to access the program
