Send a message successfully like normal phone.

I don't know if the following suggestion falls into MagiCall category but this is a remedy about the limitation I found in PocketPC.
If I send a message using my Nokia or SE phones, If the system fails to send in the first attempt due to low signal or network congestion, It still continues to try many times until successful.
In contrast, PocketPC immediately notifies a "sending failure" after just one attempt. So I can't immediately put away my device after sending because I have to wait for the notification first just to make sure.
Can future MagiCall versions be made to address that Windows Mobile limitation?
thanks.

As I know, if you send SMS through Pocket Outlook, it will keep unsent SMS in the Outbox and try sending it constantly.
I don't know if it will give up after several failures since I have not experienced this problem with my WM phones.
