How do I add a delay to an action? After a call comes in I would like a 30 second delay before an SMS is sent to the caller.
Thanks!

It have to be done by using a 3rd-party tool and let MagiCall launch it in Action2.

Would I be able to add a pause prefix to the outgoing SMS number? Maybe several commas?

In your release notes for v2.2, you had the following listed:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MagiCall]
"SendSMSDelay"=0 (DWORD, default is 0, define a delay before sending SMS, in milliseconds)
Will this not add an SMS delay? If not, what does it do?

Yes, it will delay sending SMS. But it works in a global scope, you cannot apply it to an individual rule.
Be careful of using it, because it also delays logging so MagiCall might behave weird if you set it in big values. For example, if you set it in 30 seconds, when a rule is triggered, a filter notification will show immediately, but you cannot see a new log item at that time until 30 seconds later.
