SMS Filter

Hi, I have one filter , only accept SMS from my contact list.

I have a problem with SMS contact filter, the numbers in my country have this format (for example a cell phone) : 099123456 this is the number in my contact phonebook but when i receive a sms from this number i have this number +59899123456 in my phone .. and this number are blacklisted and never receive a SMS from my friend number

I tested on my device but found no problem. We use api FindMatchingContact() to look for contacts. It behaves the same way as the system.

This is my rule:

Rule type: SMS
Filter type: Unknown Number
Phone #: <empty>
SMS filter: <empty>
Action1: Delete
Action2: Do nothing
<all other settings use default values>

Can you tell me how you set the rule? Thanks.
