Hi, I just try Magicall for demo. I have 2 problems before I buy.

1. After installing Magicall 2.2, I can't make a call. The call did connect, but i heard no voice at all. But, i still cant receive call perfectly.

I have tried to hard reset my phone, and try to install Magicall 2.2 again. And, i don't use any rules at all. But, still I cant hear any voice when i make calls.

2. Seems I cant use option : "Keep copies in Sent Folder". I set rules which sent SMS when i am in busy appointment. It works. But, there are no copies in sent folder.


Can you help me how to solve this problems? I have used Magicall version 1 and I really like it

I am using Imate 9502 WM 6.1

I have some questions for you:

1. Is your calls working after uninstalling MagiCall?
2. I will check it later. Do you use v2.2.2?

Yes. Even when I just exit the program (not uninstalling Magicall) my outgoing calls work

2. I will check it later. Do you use v2.2.2?
Yes, I am using v 2.2.2

Can you send me (at support[at]mobiion.com) your rules and logs file? I just want to know if there is any configuration problem. Please send all files under the folder set in option "Data file location" by email, by default it is "\My Documents\MagiCall".
