Currently it doesn't have this feature. But it will be added to the next minor update. Thank you.

Do you planning activate and deactivate rules from command promt too?

Yes, we have done it.
Rules can be enabled or disabled by command lines by using rule names.
And MagiCall can be paused or resumed by command lines.
If users have assigned a password, the password must be also included in command lines.
