Prepending phone number rules help

Hi,

This is probably very simple, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.  I am trying to replicate the fuctionality that I used to have on my Treo.  I want to be able to dial phone numbers for my workplace without having to enter the area code and first two digits.  I would like to specify dialing rules so that I can dial phone numbers without having to enter the entire number.  For example, whenever I dial a 5 digit number (i.e. 12345) I would like the dialed number modified with a default 5 digits added.

Example:
Number input:  12345
Modified number after rule is applied:  333-331-2345

I only want the rule applied if I dial a 5 digit number.  It would be nice if I could also set a rule to dial a default area code if I enter only a 7 digit number.

You may create two rules, one for filtering 5 digit numbers, the other for filtering 7 digit numbers.

Rule 1
Rule type: Outgoing Call
Filter type: Specific number
Phone #: ?????
Action1: Change dialed number
Call to: 333-33{phone}


Rule 2
Rule type: Outgoing Call
Filter type: Specific number
Phone #: ???-????
Action1: Change dialed number
Call to: 333{phone}
