I uses MS Outlook and uses extension numbers quit frequently.   From MS Outlook, a phone number with extension will be mapped as +CC NNNNNNN x tttt  where tttt is the extention number.

I'm looking for change phone number rules to turn +CC NNNNNNNN x tttt into dialling +CC NNNNNNNN,,,,tttt (ie pause to several seconds to before dialling extension number).

This could also be made an option for MagiCall rather than a rule.

You mean this already a feature in Pocket Outlook?

Yes, but you need to set phone numbers in Pocket Outlook in this format: 12345678,,,1,2,3,4

in spite of ',' POutlook also supports 'p' and 'w'.

I'd rather prefer MagiCall to do the translation and make the call with pauses.

Please treat this as a feature request.

We will not add this feature because Pocket Outlook works really well with pauses. You may have a try.

My last post might be wrong, you don't need to add pauses between ext numbers. This format is ok for outlook: 12345678,,,1234
