After I use the software, the caller need to hear about 5 rings, then my phone starts to ring (I got many missed calls these days and my friends think i'm not available to pick up). Wihtout the software, it needs just 3 rings to wake up my device.

What's your phone?
How many rules are there?
How many contacts are in your phone?

I think there must be one incoming rule filters "Unknown Number", "Contacts", "Outlook Category" or appointments related. When using those criteria, MagiCall will search in contacts, which will slow down the speed if there are many contacts.

2 outgoing call rules: Just change the outgoing number.
2 incoming call rules: incoming number starts with +65*, Appointment Busy status: Busy, send SMS to caller.
2 incoming SMS rules: incoming number starts with +65*, Appointment Busy status: Busy, send SMS to caller.

By the way, will the disabled rules delay the rings? If I put the date files in memory card, will that also delay the rings?

Disabled rules do not affect the speed. Secondly, you don't have many rules (more than 500), that delay was not caused by rule count.
I think the appointment settings in the incoming rules caused this problem. You may remove all appointment restrictions from incoming rules and try again.

I have disabled the incoming rules, it seems worked. What is the logic behind the appointment?

When you set appointments restrictions to a rule, MagiCall will first find currently available appointments, and then filter them by the specified restrictions, using Windows API.

It will slow down the processing speed if a number of incoming rules have these types of restrictions. So use them as less as possible if you find the processing speed is slow.
