use of the 'answer calls after this seconds'

I need some help with this feature and how I should set up a rule.

I have a rule 'Family', which will allow calls from family to system default.

however currently my phone answers the call even if I am not near the phone.

In this case I would like the phone to switch to voice mail after the standard number of rings.

so how do I configure my rule to do this?

'Answer calls after this seconds' is an option that only affects the "Answer" action. If you do not use "Answer" in any rule, the option does nothing.

Can you tell me how many rule do you have, and how they are set? Thanks.
