Hi, I have download the trial version of the program, I found that it is the greatest program
for call blocking I tried.

However, I would like to ask the meaning of "hang up".

I tried to setup a rule as below

Rule type: Incoming Call
Filter type: Specific Number
Phone #: <my office number>
Action1: Hang up
Action2: Do nothing

I tried to call my phone with my office phone, the MagiCall shown
"Incoming call from xxx has been hang up",
from the view of my phone, it will not ring, that what I want.
from the view of office phone, it is not hang up immediately, just ring

I also setup "Filter Unknown Numbers" and "Filter Anonymous" to Hang up,
the caller heard the busy status immediately, is there any issue?

Thanks in advance.

There should be no difference. Is there any rule using "Ignore" for Action1?

I haven't set any rule with "Ignore" for Action1.

In fact, I think "hang up" should be cutting the line immediately.  The same as I press "reject" when the ringing.
Such that the caller will go to my voice box immediately.

Yes, it should be. Can you send me your rules and logs file? I will try to find if there is any problem in them. Please send all files under the folder set in option "Data file location" by email, by default it is "\My Documents\MagiCall".

Hello, I got a 404 File not found error when trying to download the file. Can you send the zip file to support(at)mobiion.com?
