Treo Pro double click/click and hold

I installed the trial of MagiKB Lite. After remapping shift to 0xC8, the navigation and action menu worked, but the double click and click and hold behaviors for letter and symbols does not. Has anyone gotten this to work with the Treo Pro?

We don't have Treo Pro. Have you selected the Treo750 key-mapping? I think most of their keys are identical.
