How would I be able to set up Magicall to auto reply an SMS to any missed call I may have? Example; Someone calls me when I am at work which I have in my calendar as a category for "work", I would like to auto reply whoever called me a SMS stating that I am work.. So I would filter all Numbers but I don't know how to command it to send to whichever number called? Please help me. This is one the main reasons I purchased this app..  Cry

That rule should look like:

Rule type: Missed Call
Filter type: All
Action1: System Default
Action2: Send SMS
To: {phone}
Message: blah blah blah
Appointment Category: work

All other settings may keep default values.

What i was trying to do washave it ignore any incoming calls and automatically send the SMS while I am at work. I wanted to avoid the ringing. I set it up and it ignored the call but my wifes phone never received the sms. I made sure I used the rules and such you suggested but still no sms?

I got it. When MagiCall is ignoring a call, the call is connected until the caller hangs it up. I think that when a call is connected, SMS messages will fail to be sent.

You may try this Action1 “Hang up” that will not affect sending SMS. But if “Ignore” is the only option for you, you may add a registry entry to your device, which will extend the period for trying sending SMS by MagiCall.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MagiCall]
"SendSmsRetryTimes"=180

"SendSmsRetryTimes" by default is 60 which means 1 minute. I think 180 is long enough for you.

Thanks.

The "Hang Up" worked. I will go with that thank you. And I will try the registry trick also. Thank you for the real quick responses and the support.  Grin One very happy customer..
