Has anyone else had problems with Goodlink and MagiCall?

I have a Palm 700WX with Sprint. The application seems to work fine until the Goodlink password protection kicks in (20 minutes). When I open it up MagiCall seems to not be running any longer. Is this a function of the Trial version or a problem with Goodlink?

Although I think there is much more than just installing the client, which has to be pushed to me to install it. I connects my corporate exchange server to my 700WX.

I couldn't get Goodlink to work on my device. After I installed it, I launched Good icons, it told me to run OTASetup first, and then I run OTASetup, it did nothing and said that I had installed Goodlink and was able to run Goodlink by clicking its icons.  Sad
