Hello All -

Does anyone know how to correct this problem below?

I have followed your directions and a sms message is returned to the caller but... the problem is instead of the text looking like this in the body of the message "hello" it looks like this "@h@e@l@l@o@

How can this bee corrected so that every other letter is not separated with the '@' symbol?

Thank you for your assistance in advance...

It looks like the SMS encoding was wrong. You may add a registry entry to specify an encoding instead of using the default one.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MagiCall]
“SendSmsEncoding”= 0, 1, or 2

“SendSmsEncoding” by default is -1 which means to be determined by MagiCall. You may try using 0 meaning system optimal, 1 meaning GSM encoding, or 2 meaning Unicode encoding.

I am not sure which one is suitable for you, so you have to try all of them. Thanks.
