I've replied an email to you for your problem. I just copy my email in this thread to help others who have the same problem.
When MagiCall is ignoring a call, the call is connected until the caller hangs it up. I think that when a call is connected, SMS messages will fail to be sent.
You may try this Action1 “Hang up” which will not affect sending SMS I think. But if you think “Ignore” is the only option for you, you may add a registry entry to your device, which will extend the period for trying sending SMS by MagiCall.

“SendSmsRetryTimes”=180
“SendSmsRetryTimes” by default is 60 which means 1 minute. I think 180 is long enough for you.
