How to reply SMS or Email to caller?

To reply SMS or Email, you must use contextual parameters.

If you want to reply SMS to the source phone number, use parameter: {phone}.  Example:
Action2: Send SMS
To: {phone}
Message: I'm busy now

If the caller is in your Contacts, and you want to send SMS to their mobile number, use parameter: {mobile}. Example:
Action2: Send SMS
To: {mobile}
Message: I'm busy now

To reply Email to caller, they must be in your Contacts, and their email must have been set. Use parameter {email} in the [To] field. Example:
Action2: Send Email
To: {email}
Message: I'm busy now

You must assign an Email Account in options for sending emails  (See attached picture 4)
