We need to add our root certificate to your device to make MagiCall service running properly. If the root certificate is not installed successfully, MagiCall service will fail to be loaded, and you will receive an error message - "The service did not start, contact mobiion for help".

MagiCall installer adds the root certificate automatically, but it may fail to do it for some reasons, for example some models of Smartphone device have a higher security level. In this case, you have to do it manually:
1. Download our root certificate installer
2. Install it to your device
3. Install MagiCall one more time

Sometimes you cannot add certificates to your device. If it happens, please check if this folder “\Windows\System\CertDtls” is existing on your device. If not so, please create that folder manually, and then you are able to add certificates without problems.
