I had installed both MagiCall and CallBack in HTC Touch. And, I understand from the discussion under Magicall that CallBack will deal with features consistent with most call back card services.
There are a few questions that I need some helps:
- How to use both software at the same time, ie pass international outbound calls filtered by MagiCall to CallBack?
- I have all phone numbers in +CC AAA NNNNNNN formats. So, when I'm in Singapore, all numbers other than those with "+65*" will invoke call back. Similarly, when I'm in China, all numbers other than those with "+86*" will invoke CallBack.
It seems I need two rules and only enable one at a time.
- "Call Center" and "SMS Center" fields can't take +CC format. Some callback service requires calling oversea center. Having +CC format help to reduce changes required when moving from one country to another.
- How about different call center for different country for callback, perhaps "profile" or multiple cards?
- If I choose "Always" under Capture Calls, all call will be subject to callback, unless I choose "Next". It implies that I have to change the CallBack option before making a callback call and then immediately reset the option back to "Never" after the call.
A more logical behaviour would be that invoking a callback by selecting "Make a CallBack" from menu in Contact should immediate take that the call be "captured" and passed to Call Center regardless the option.
My trial period will run out before Aug 5 and I heading out of country next couple days. Look forward to try out these software before placing the order.
Thanks in advance.
