SMS Notification Problem
«

I have a few rules set up to SMS when I receive a call from a certain category. Everytime I receive one of these calls even when the phone is on vibrate I get a tone which I thought was being generated by MagiCall. It was not really a problem untill yesterday at the movies when I realized that this tone is annoying in the theatre. I decided to try and turn it off in MagiCall and could not fid any place to silence this notification. What I ultimately discovered is that this tone is being generated by Windows Mobile 6 because of an error when the phone cannot send an SMS simultanuously while recieving a call.
What is happening is there is an error and the phone is not able to send an SMS I assume because the radio is busy receiving a call. I also get an alert at the top of the screen that says message not sent. Saved in drafts. Please try again later. I believe the tone I am hearing is tied to the error. If I go into settings, Sounds & Notifications and uncheck the box for Notifications under Programs this annoying alert sound goes away.
I am wondering if there is a way to wait until the radio becomes available before attempting to send an SMS or at least insert a delay that is long enough for the phone to stop ringing before attempting to SMS.
My other problem is that this check box keeps getting re checked making the annoying alert come back. I think it is due to another piece of software I am using called PhoneAlarm that might rely on this setting being on.
Any help to make this go away would be appreciated.

Do you use this Action2 "Send Email" to send SMS?
If you use "Send SMS" to send SMS, there should be no sound because in this way, MagiCall calls Windows API directly.
By the way, what device do you have?
