I have set an action to "change number" to prefix the number to include calling card details and then dial the number ie {phone}. However all my number have already been prefixed with a "+" which my calling card service provider does not recognise. How can I change this so that the "+" is changed to "00" prior to dialing.

Any help will be appreciated as I have prefixed all my contacts number with a "+" and do not intend to change It.

Hi Homie,

I think you can add a rule like this:

Rule type: Phone-Outbound
Filter type: Specific Number
Phone#: +*
Action1: Change Number
Call to: 00{phone}[-1,0]

Hope it works for you.

I can confirm that this works, it was the main reason I wanted an application like this. The developers were kind enough to grant me my wish.

As ever,

Anne.

I am a noob to this, what exactly does [-1,0] ?
Is there a list of what built-in variable it supports, such as {phone} listed above.
